NetVault 13.0.3 Restore, Data Copy and Backup Verification Jobs from RDA Devices hang with no data being restored or copied -
Description
When using NetVault 13.0.3 RDA Devices with DR Appliances or QoreStor 6.1 (or earlier), you may experience restore or data copy or backup verification job failures.
The issue can manifest with:
- Restore Job
- Data Copy Job
- The Verification step of a Backup Job
These will appear to hang and not show progress, no data will be restored or copied. Eventually, these jobs will timeout and fail.
Who is not affected:
- Customers using NetVault 13.0.3 with QoreStor 7.x are not affected.
Who is affected:
- Customers using NetVault 13.0.3 with DR Appliances.
- Customers using NetVault 13.0.3 with QoreStor 6.1 or earlier.
